Giveaway’s or Competitions:

Gift Certificates and Promotional Vouchers:

- Valid for one year, limited to one per household.

- Cannot be combined or used for commercial shoots.

Appointment Deposits:

- Required to hold appointments.

- Refundable at the portrait appointment if both photo and purchasing sessions are completed as scheduled.

- Missed appointments result in loss of deposit.

Rescheduling and Cancellation:

- 72-hour notice required for rescheduling; subject to a new deposit.

- Cancellations need 14-day notice for deposit refund.

Saturday Appointments:

- May require an additional booking fee.

Artistic Control:

- Fur Baby Pet Studio retains creative control over all photoshoots.

- The studio may decline requests conflicting with its professional standards.

Refusal of Service:

- Service may be refused to prevent disruption to operations or staff.

No-Show Policy:

- Failure to attend an appointment without notice results in deposit forfeiture.

- Fur Baby Pet Studio holds copyright to all images from the shoot.

Refunds:

- No refunds for change of mind.

- Refunds or exchanges offered for major issues with the service.
